* Will be responsible for the enitire training process.
* Will be responsible to generate training reports on a daily basis
* Evaluate performance of the batch and conduct refershers when required
* To implement the training curriculum successfully and in a timely manner
* Hold calibration sessions to ensure standardization of the learning systems
* Function as Communication Coach too in order to get a better understanding of programs
