Job Description:
Overview of Role:
To support the set up of the RGCOM MACC team and to co-ordinate change requests for RGCOM’s customers.
The role will be based out of our DAKC office.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate network change requests for specific customers
* Single point of contact for customers for these requests, liaising with global RGCOM teams to ensure all facets of the request are carried out in a timely manner
* Set service commitment dates, communicate to the customer and stick to them
* Validate new change requests, identifying any errors for future improvement
* Maintain clear and concise notes to ensure proper internal communication
* Identifying and submitting Revenue Recovery opportunities where RGCOM incurs extra costs for circumstances out of our control.
* Maintain and distribute weekly reports for each customer, conduct weekly conference calls to discuss these.
* Escalating issues in accordance with RGCOM procedures
* Adherence and compliance to processes and tasks assigned/requested by management team.
* Take responsibility for customer queries and drive them through the relevant RGCOM teams, always owning the issue.

* Good communication skills (French or Italian or German or Spanish), written and verbal to both internal and external customers
* Interest in IT and networks
* knowledge of Remedy or other Trouble Ticket systems
* Have at least 1 years experience in a customer facing role
* Excellent telephone/Customer service skills, professional attitude
* Proven administrative and time management abilities.
* Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving
* Ability to build excellent relationships with Customers and other RGCOM teams.
