The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work in a team independently during the whole life-cycle of a project in definition, construction, delivery and support of industry focused solutions to retailers. The role will focus on the enablement for delivery and delivery of packaged solutions and custom solutions around store systems.

Job Responsibilities / Roles:

• Delivery of Packaged Solution - Coordination with the packaged solutions team on functional and technical requirements for reusable assets.

• Technical Expertise – Work with in the team lead to deliver as per the technical/functional requirement.

Desired Profile:

• Technical knowledge in Java/J2EE technologies preferably in retail domain.

• Multiple project experience (inception through support) with store system Deployments that include customizations

• At least 4-5 years in development services.

• Experience in working with dual shore model.

• Experience analyzing, designing and implementing business/technology solutions

• Should be self starter and innovative

• Should be able to explore new technologies independently as required
