Job Description:

• Knowledge and experience is process writing, CMMI concepts, ISO Concepts

• Involved & participated in CMMI certification/assessment as QA & SEPG Member

• As SEPG member participated in process improvement & process writing initiatives at Org level

• Metrics computation and analysis of data for Projects & Functions

• Sigma Analysis for computing control limits for metrics

• Planning and conducting Internal audits and corrective actions based on findings

• Regular SQA reviews for Projects

• Conducting Security audits as per ISO 27001 requirements

• As SQA for projects responsible for handling the quality of products & working to close all non conformances for the project(s)

Desired Profile:

• 3-5 years in IT industries exclusively in CMMI concepts, ISO Concepts, deployment & development of QMS, Quality Trainings, Quality Audits,

• Must have been involved in involved in Process change management and Technology Change management

• Must have conducted Internal Audits/Assessments for process adherence and quality control

• Must have experience in End-to-end CMMI Implementation

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Desired Certification (Optional): SSBB, CASQ, CSQA,CMSQ
