1. Total 3- 5 Yrs of experience in Java/J2EE, Portal

2. 2-3 Yrs hands on experience in IBM Websphere Portal Server.

3. Must have atleast 2 to 3 IBM Portal Server implementation experience

4. Must have atleast one year experience in architecting atleast one solution using IBM Websphere Portal Server.

5. Should have good exposure to IBM Websphere Portal Server configuration

6. Should have good communication skills

7. Onsite experience and experience in managing customer will be an added advantage
