Job Description:

As a Accounts Officer – Bill Booking, your job responsibilities will include:

• Understand customer requirements with respect to Accounts Payable & Provide them the necessary services within the scope of ASAP

• Accounting of bill for local purchase.

• Accounting of service bills for transport, contractors etc. To ensure proper Div./PLC wise accounting of expenses.

• Printing of cheques for payments thru HDFC Bank, Nashik. Co-ordination for authorization and issuance of payments.

• Processing and accounting of Advance payments to vendors.

• Accounting of clearing agents bills

• Ensure that internal controls with respect to ACP are being adhered to

• Supplier reconciliation on periodic basis & ensure that the corrective actions are taken promptly

• Initiate process improvement activities

• Flexible and take more challenges from time to time.

Desired Profile:

Experience Requirements

You should have minimum 2-3 years experience in Accounting Function (MIS / Accounts Payable)

Knowledge

You should have:

- Strong Accounting Fundamentals & knowledge

- Sound Knowledge of Excel, Word & Power Point

Educational Requirements

You should be Commerce Graduate.

You should have Excellent Communication Skills

You should have a sound knowledge of the English language

You should have ability to Multi Tasking
