Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Assist Head L&D to execute L&D strategy, effectively brand the L&D function and adapt best practices in the area of L&D

Accountable for L&D interventions with Business Units, specifically:

• Conduct TNA periodically
• Create training plans/roadmaps to support business growth
• Design effective learning interventions as per on TNA
• Audit existing programs and monitor the consistency of training delivered through periodical quality checks. Tracking and monitoring the quality checks
• Managing Client Relationships

Create appropriate measures to monitor training effectiveness of boutique training programs and ensure all learning interventions are assessed through metrics indicating ROI/ROE

Ensure alignment of all L&D initiatives across Hyderabad and Pune

Ensure that training MIS is produced regularly in a clear and accurate manner within SLAs

Extend support to team members across Hyderabad and Pune by way of active teamwork and share/drive best practices across locations

Focus on practices to improve quality of service provided by L&D

Orchestrate highly-engaging and highly-effective learning experiences as a facilitator

Vendor management, Budgeting and coordinating for all out bound learning programs.

Desired Profile:

Requirements:

BE degree preferred with a strong academic record + MBA or Equivalent PG degree from Tier 1/2 Business School

At least 3-5 years experience in training and curriculum development preferably in IT/ITeS domain

Demonstrable strong influencing skills, advanced critical reasoning and communication skills

Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing business needs, and possess a drive towards making things happen

Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple assignments

Instructional design, program management and facilitation skills preferred

Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse clients at all levels.
