1. Inbound Customer Service:
• To handle International Inbound Calls.
• Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
• Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
• Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
• Acertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
• Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
2. First Party Collections:
• To Handle International Collection Calls.
• Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills .
3. B2B Market Survey :
• To make Business to Business Calls,
• Acquiring the revevent information from Business Heads through Questionnare,
• Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the quality parameters,
• Excellent interpersonal skills
We provide cabs to South Delhi, East Delhi, Noida & Ghaziabad
