1. Rewards & Recognition – To Drive R&R Programs & National / Local contests in the Branches in consultation and coordination with local sales leadership.
2. Advisor Engagement – To plan, organize & conduct various L.A meets in the Branches & drive national / local sales agenda.
3. Branch Support - Single point of contact for query resolution and HO contact point for all contest fulfillment & Loyalty site.
4. Brand Visibility - Ensuring branch visibility/Outside branch visibility for regular programmes, National schemes / Local schemes, product launch and other promotions.
5. Local Schemes & Vendor Management –To help in Planning, Designing, Implementation & fulfillment of local schemes & vendor management at local level.
6. R&R Training Sessions – To Educate the Sales Managers & Life Advisors on R&R. To be able to deliver the module on R&R at various Training Platforms.
7. Head Office Projects – To be able to help in coordinating & conducting Conventions & Product launches as & when required by Head office
