* Carry out all operations as per safety procedures and tagging systems.
* Able to handle the emergencies and normalise the system in the shortest possible time.
* Effective communication with Load Despatch and all other Divisions / Depts and plan and organise operational routine activities.
* Preparation of Operation reports, technical reports, occurrence reports.
* Carry out data entry in SAP PPPI module for generation of reports.
* Daily analysis of Aux consumption, %TRPH generation, Water rate, etc and take the corrective/preventive actions.

* Ensure continuous follow up with various statutory authorities for obtaining excavation permissions for cable laying.
* Processing necessary payments of RI charges and obtaining excavation permits.
* Planning, coordinating and ensuring timely completion of all cable trench works for HT and LT cable laying through outsourced vendors.
* Ensuring completion of road reinstatement in private layouts after cable laying.
* Preparing cost estimates, management memos, orders , recording site measurements and making service entry sheets.
* Coordination with other departments including HT cable, LT cable, Engineering, Marketing etc.
* Tracking of various payments made to authorities and initiating the process of recovery of security deposits.
* Supervision of sites and QA/QC checks during work execution by contractors.
