1. Experience of relevant application tools and technologies, for example: Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio) primarily for multi-tiered architectures, and serve r-based applications.
2. Experience in WCF,WPF,WWF & should have experience in Silver light
3. Should have strong conceptual understanding of .NET language concepts (like CLR, Commonly used control s) including OOPS
4. Experience in dot net frame work 4.0, 3.5, 3.0
5. Experience in .Net with C#( ASP .Net, VB .Net)
6. Experience in SOAP
7. Strong SDLC skills.
Preferred Skills
1. Experience on system design will be an added advantage.
2. Past experience in government projects would be a very big advantage.
