• Understand the current CitiDirect framework in a short time.
• Explain & train other team members on the framework.
• Contribute to the design & must be able to work independently on the work assaigned.
• Estimate the unit work / task assigned and complete the assigned task on time
• Prepare test scripts for testing the modules developed.
• Coding standards of the project must be followed at all times.
• Meet the quality goals set for the project.
• Review technical documents & code.
Other Skills:
Good Communication.
Should be self learner and must be able to pickup new technologies in short time.
Sound analytic skills with an eye for detail.
Should be able to take complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities
Should be a team player and at the same time an individual contributor.
