Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and write client, regional, or internal documentation per information and content plans
• Deliver documentation on time and with the highest quality attainable within the parameters of the project adhering to all department processes, standards, and templates
• Follow project plans to track progress; reports regularly on issues; raises flag when assistance is needed
• Interact with internal subject matter experts such as Business Analysts, QA Analysts, Developers, Trainers, and Client Service Analysts. Elicits feedback from reviewers and editors for documentation and makes revisions accordingly
• Perform functional testing of final deliverables to ensure accuracy
• Adapt to department changes in tools, processes, priorities, and direction
• Seek out assignments and training opportunities for personal growth and development
• Come up to speed quickly on a new development tool or process
• Be a team player and have positive attitude.
• Take initiatives to improve process and standards and contributes to departments initiatives and team activities.
• Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
• Position is based in Hyderabad

Desired Profile:

Skills:

• 1-3 years working experience developing documentation for software applications
• Demonstrated ability to write concise, clear, and logical content that is grammatically and stylistically correct
• Proficient in authoring and publishing documentation in Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe RoboHelp, Adobe Acrobat etc
• Experience working with Author-it and knowledge of latest trends such as Minimalism, Structured Authoring, XML, User Experience design etc. is a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Technical Communications, Communications, English, Journalism, Computer Science, or equivalent in education and experience

Experience: 1-3 years working experience developing documentation for software applications

Qualification: BE / Btech / ME / Mtech / MCA / MSc / MS / Bachelors Degree in Technical Communications, Communications, English, Journalism, Computer Science, or Equivalent in education and experience
