• (BE/ B Tech / Msc IT/MCA/MBA) are not eligible.
• MBA(Finance) with 1 to 2 yrs of BPO experience can apply.
• Should not have more than 2 years of gap in education or employment.
• Candidate would need to carry a copy of the resume.
• Should have good communication skill.
• Any Experience in any industry can apply It is mandatory to mention reference code FATHIMA HR on top of the resume.
