Job Description:

Responsibilities

Define and implement high impact account based marketing campaigns to drive customer adoption, loyalty, account growth and retention

Develop and be the custodian of tools and resources to enable sales team, account managers and customer support team to deepen customer relationships

Identify opportunities and manage pipeline in conjunction with different teams
Identify risks in the customer achieving their stated business goals and develop an appropriate risk mitigation campaign strategy

Champion a given customer segment and their experiences in using Adobe products

Desired Profile:

Requirements

Proven communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle in a B2B environment.

Experience in B2B Account Based Marketing or running Customer Loyalty/Retention Programs strongly preferred

Ability to translate customer insights into high impact personalized campaigns

Understanding of subscription based software/SaaS/Cloud solutions.

Experience with companies providing SaaS/Cloud based solutions desired but not mandatory

Understanding of and experience in digital/online marketing an added plus

Experience:  3 - 8 Years
