* Thrives on Best Practice Sharing and ability to set up and drive a Knowledge
* Management Forum for Payroll and related services
* Excels in Contact and Vendor Management. Relationship management with
* Process/Business owners. Responsible to handle escalations to/from clients
* Understand and Comply towards Infosys BPO and ITL Policies and Procedures
* Ability to drive the impact on org wide HR changes like – Payroll harmonization,
* Annual Increments and Incentive payouts.
* Manage and control the preparation for Audit and Financial year-end

Desired Profile:
* End User knowledge of SAP R/3 in the areas of Financial Accounting
* Should have independently handled Monthly , Quarterly and Annual Book Closures
* Experience in Managing , Reconciling Inter Company Settlements.
* Ability to Implement Internal in Control Financial and Accounting areas as a service provider.
* Experience in Accounting treasury (Forex) transactions
* Providing month end schedules for reporting & Books Closure
* Assisting Statutory Auditors.
* Ability to Conduct Financial Audit in Payroll Areas , Risk Analysis of processes
Experience: 3 - 8 Years
Role: Assistant Manager/Manager -(NonTechnical)
Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

UG - Graduation Not RequiredPG - CA
