Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
Accountability for production of all VGS scheduled HR reports, plus ad-hoc reports as and when the business require. Plus, management and maintenance of sharepoint site and access rules in order to obtain reports
Regular HR data reporting following business specifications from the HR system providing tailored accurate and complete management information solutions for customers, both internal and external, produce regular HR reports from SAP Wayfarer.
Supporting the business with developing data following specific requests
Acting a focal point of contact with various business associates e.g. HR Account Partners, Finance, IT, International Mobility, outsourced suppliers, for answering data questions, produce ad hoc reports and driving improvements.
SAP Wayfarer HR Key User
Act as a first point of contact for technical advice on SAP HR, help the HR community in solving problems around data maintenance in SAP and reporting
Enhancing data integrity and data quality
Identifying areas for enhancement and championing solutions with key stakeholders e.g. data inconsistencies, anomalies, invalid entries, communication/cultural barriers
Role Purpose: To create and deliver accurate, timely and relevant HR metrics, reports and analysis so as to support Management decision making.
