▪ Support function to drive and meet critical performance metrics (KPI/CPMs/ SLAs)
▪ Documentation of Quality Systems
▪ Ensure Six Sigma & Lean Rigor in function and conduct trainings.
▪ Mentor & Drive Six Sigma Projects, Lean and Kaizen Initiatives in the Organization
▪ Maintain the MIS for the Quality function
▪ Analyze and provide support to operations for Improvement of processes
