Job Duties :
1. Processing of Insurer Records
2. Indexing in the DMS tool
3. Understanding and segregating medical records
4. Calling and coordinating with providers to collect information
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Master’s Degree in Science or
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or
3. Diploma Holder in Pharmacy or
4. D.M.L.T/P.G.D.M.L.T (Diploma in medical and lab technologies)

Work Experience :

3. 6 months to 1 year of experience in bpo environment (International calling experience)
Shift timings - Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Working days - 6 working days & Sun fixed off.
