Designation: Assistant Manager - Internal Communication
Job Description:
As part of the Internal Communications team, you will focus on engaging employees by maintaining the internal news flow, manage digital and print channels, support on internal events, draft announcements and help with content creation for internal usage. With prior experience and training in communication, the role requires you to be a good writer, project manager and relationship builder, to work across functions and build relations at all levels.
Areas of responsibility
· Design and roll out communication programs, including identification of communications challenges, opportunities, budgets and timelines
· Develop internal online and offline communication materials such as newsletter, business correspondence, video scripts
· Plan, organise and manage employees communication events, such as town halls, reward and recognition events
· Support key global and regional announcements through the effective use of all communications channels (newsletters, Intranet, all staff emails, videos and other tools as appropriate) to facilitate cascading of information
· Managing contractors and vendors
· Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure all internal messages are coordinated and in-line with the strategy (HR, Brand, Marketing, Corporate Communication and IT)
· Maintain brand alignment in all company communications
