The Detailed Job Description is as follows :

• Understanding the requirements from the US Heads

• Advertising and sourcing for the relevant candidates through various channels

• Selection of apt Profiles to be shared with the US teams on a daily basis

• Following up and co-ordinating for all rounds of Interviews with the Candidates and the Clients

• Maintaining Database of the sourced candidates

• Working experience into US Staffing for atleast 1 year

The Desired Candidate would be as follows :

• Should have minimum 6 months exp in Overseas recruitment (mainly US)

• Exposure to the iT Sector would be prefferred

• Graduation in any field is mandatory

• Willing to work in shifts

• Excellent written and Oral English Communication Skills

• Good interpersonal skills
