Ensure Proper & timely co-ordination with the Dealers/HO /Press Media/Vendor & Branch for their Issues and requirements.
Ensure proper and timely report submission to HO (BTL Plan, ISDs report, MIS report, Marketing Spend etc.)
Adherence to monthly BTL Plan & Branch budget approved by HO Mktg.
Ensuring right BTL activation planning & Execution through:-
Ensure ISDs placement in right dealer outlet/trade and monitor weekly Secondary sales.
ISDs placement and monitoring productivity.
Monitor budget Spend on ISDs
Product & soft skill training.
ISDs morale building and contests.
Organize weekly ISDs meeting on the specified day of the week. (Set a day for meeting).
