Job Description:
a) Accounting - Setup appropriate Accounting system catering to requirement of Law, Accounting Standard, UK GAAP, Indian GAAP, submit regular Financials viz, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Schedules, Cash Flow etc; exercise financial controls and reconciliation process through internal IT system.
b) Audit - Furnish information and explanation to the Statutory Auditors and ensure completion within stipulated timeframe.
c) Fund Management - Monitor availability of Fund with Entity. Control and identify idle fund available with the Entity and to arrange for best use of it at an optimum cost.
d) Financial Planning & management – Monitor regular Cash Flow and submit MIS on daily basis about Cash Flow position for the day and projection thereof. And, to liaison with AP Manager on payment plan to vendors.
e) Statutory functions – Comply with all regulatory requirements applicable; submit Returns to Statutory Authorities, ensure payment of the statutory dues i,e, VAT, PF etc on due dates;
