Job Description:
Responsibilities: Reference to the aforesaid Role & Major Functionalities, endeavor of Relationship Manager is to discharge all responsibilities under common vision & the policy framework of the company.
a) Achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly targets of new business generation & renewals assigned by the company.
b) To recruit, develop & lead Licensed Agent and coordinate III Training & Licensing activities & documentations.
c) To maintain desired level of activation ratio of Licensed Agent at month on month basis.
d) To create, retain & build relationships with Broker, Banks and Corporate Agencies on regular basis.
e) To service relationships on day to day basis and maintaining high level of customer delight.
f) To promote competitions, contest & R&R initiatives among licensed Agents and relationships.
g) Conducting regular meets with licensed Agent and relationships to pursue higher business.
h) To coordinate with peer department officials for various activities relating to new business, renewals and documentations.
