Job Description:

Overall responsibility of specified entities (e.g. features). Plans, designs and executes items in own area. Contributes to specification reviews. Works according to given tasks. Participates in work amounts estimation in own area. Consults, supports and guides own team’s external interfaces. Is responsible for sharing knowledge in his/her expertise area. Gives input to process development. Performs problem isolation and resolution.

Applies knowledge and experience to determine root cause.

Position Description

• Carry out feature test activities and make sure that the features are ready for release
• Contribute to the Load & Stress tests on different telecom products
• Define the test strategy
• Contribute to Test improvements

Position Requirements

Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Education: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in complete test life-cycle – identifying testcases, testcase scripting, test execution, test automation
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telecom Domain
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing GSM domain (core network, preferable)
• UNIX shell scripting
• Working level (user knowledge) experience in Solaris/Linux
