2) Developing expert communication skills.
3) Developing a strong technical understanding of Web application administration, and Internet technologies.
4) Developing expert level knowledge of the Windchill PDM / PLM applications.
5) Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, and troubleshooting technical problems, and tracking the resolution of those problems with other PTC departments as well as with the customer.

6) Experience/ exposure to SQL.
7) 1 to 3 years of experience.
