Job description:
Responsibilities:
• Ensure asset mapping to customer sites are accurate and in line with the customer hierarchy maintained in Siebel
• Understand how the customer hierarchy is consumed in the quote - to -order process and provide resolution in a timely manner to the queries and issues raised by the business.
• Support the SAP billing migration project by addressing all the data mapping and cleansing requirements that CDM team are accountable for.v
• Support Business Process Owners, MIS and change programs in making required changes to processes and supporting IT systems.
Duties:
• Assists Customer Administration (CA) team members to identify the root cause of data issues
• Work with the B2CC migration and support team in maintaining the customer data references and taking corrective action in case of invoice issues post migration.
• To understand the impact of customer hierarchy changes on asset references and in invoices and to agree these changes with the business.
• To work with rest of the CDM team on customer data maintenance process and impact on asset mapping and billing.
• To work with business owners and delivery teams to analyse, design, develop and test optimal solutions.
• To resolve conflict and manage issues to completion

Qualification: Graduate
Required Skills:
2-3 years of experience required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage conflict and guide agreement on contentious issues
Ability to sell the solution to sceptical stakeholders
Ability to control scope and negotiate where necessary
Ability to work in a team and support less experienced members of the team
Ability to liaise with the business and the technical team and to understand the balance of investment to deliver benefit required
Attention to detail is a must.
Experience of working in a complex integrated systems environment
Experience of working in an agile environment an advantage
Experience of delivering business analysis work in close cooperation with technical team members
Desired Skills:
Prior experience of telco order management
Knowledge of Order Management within Reuters is preferable.
Working experience of Siebel and SAP application is preferable.
