Job Purpose:
To support the Knowledge Management team in content cleansing and content management projects
Job Responsibilities:
• 1. Work with Knowledge Managers to ensure content is current and accurate
• 2. Assist the leadership on projects and reports
• 3. Review for completeness and consistency of content
• 4. Compile content usage reports related to the knowledge portal
• 5. Compile newsletters and analyst reports
• 6. Perform basic HTML updates and develop new pages for the strategic content areas.
• 7. Conduct peer review for quality
• 8. Perform quality check on HTML projects
• 9. Respond to 'Requests For Pursuit/Information'
• 10. Develop process work flows
• 11. Follow established document workflow standards for publishing content within the portal
• 12. Follow Deloitte standards for content processing
• 13. Mentor analysts/junior members on the team
• 14. Cater to ad hoc requests
• 15. Facilitate knowledge sharing
16. Participate and contribute to the Communities of Practice initiatives
