Job Description:
• Ensuring that all queries and issues escalated by first line within SLA timeframes to ensure minimum customer impact. Additionally the Quality of Delivery is benchmarked and monitored against Key KPIs.
• Act as primary owner for the Services, ensuring that the Hardware, Software and system maintenance / health checks are appropriate and scheduled accordingly.
• Handle Escalations related to Services.
• Ensure that the Priority Incidents are getting an immediate and the right focus
• For key systems, ensure that appropriate documentation and training materials are available and roll out cross skilling of this data as appropriate to both first and second line teams
• Attend team meeting and Operations communication sessions as required
• Liase with Infrastructure vendor representatives as necessary to manage introduction and acceptance of new systems into support
• Work with Change & Release team to continue defining operational requirements

Hands on experience on Siebel Tools, Thorough knowledge both Functional and Technical on SIEBEL 7.8/8.0 (all the modules)
• Good understanding of Siebel Analytics
• Hands on experience on Oracle database with ability to run complex queries
• Good understanding of UNIX platform at user level with an ability to write and execute simple shell scripts.
