The primary responsibilities of the PMO engineer are (but not limited to): Act as a point-of-contact between User-service desk-Field and/or Depot services. Monitor, manage (update, modify, cancel) and route the tickets to the respective groups. Verify the Problem and shipping with the end user; Field DSS calls - assist on coordinating with the User and the Field technician for meeting sites and times; Depot DSS calls - Follow up on shipping tracking numbers and update the EARS tickets; Any Delivery problems follow up with FedEx or the office LTC for delivery corrections.
