Designation: Finance Opening - Payroll Executive
Job Description:
* Responsible for verification of attendance inputs for salary processing across centers
* Handling employee related queries pertaining to payroll
* Handling matters relating to PF/ ESI of employees
* Reimbursement processing of employees across all centers
* Ensuring statutory compliance including tax deduction at source on salary including ETDS return filing of salary
* Ensure payroll related entries are passed in books of accounts and reonciled
* Coordinating/ interacting with the auditors for smooth audit function.
* Facilitate/suggest ways for accounting process improvements for effective functioning of the department.
* Experience in 'Folklore software' (preferred)
* Shift timings - 9.00 am to 6.30 pm
* Interested candidates can directly walk-in between 10.00 am to 4 pm from November 22, 2011 to November 25, 2011.
