Job Description:
Overall responsibility of Manager-ASG K-12 is to ensure smooth functioning of the "Smart Class" program in all the schools in the allocated zone.
1. Ensure higher level absorption of the program by teachers and school
2. Relationship management with client schools (on a monthly basis)
3. Train, coordinate and manage all the resource coordinators in the given zone
4. Training sessions on smart class & pedagogy for schools and staff
5. Review audits and training sessions for existing schools
6. Analyzing and preparing action plans based on the reports sent by the resource coordinators
7. Meet program extension and renewal targets
8. Support City coordinators reporting in
9. Support other departments during presentations, Content evaluations and activities
10. Preparation of monthly training schedule
