- Assist in Closure of all recruitment activities (end to end) till the on-boarding of new employee

To assist Corporate Recruitment & Operations Team for various recruitment & post recruitment activities.

2) Job Context & Major Challenges

• Collate & Maintain accurate data with regards to Recruitment

• Assist Recruitment Team in various Recruitment Activities

• Presenting accurate reports as per timelines for Recruitment & HR Operations Team

• Coordinate with Candidates, Consultants, Colleges & affiliated departments for end to end closure of Recruitments

3) Principal Accountabilities

• Maintain & Update MIS (weekly / fortnightly / monthly)

• Generate various reports as per agreed timelines

• Coordination and continuous follow-ups with Candidates & Vendors related to pre & post recruitment activities
