1.  Arrange meeting with the Management

2.  Arrange facilites for the Guests and maintenace of facilites in the office thru Administration Department,

3.  Arranging meeting of trhe Directors

4.  Maintaing the Top managment Diary,

The job may require travelling locally within NCR.
