Job Description:
Evaluation of various formats & forms for retrieving the data from different locations.
• Build up Macros to complete the specific task in Microsoft Excel.
• Build up presentation on given criteria.
• Compilation of data received from the outlets in a prescribed format.
• Preparing and maintaining reports and files like Daily utilization, Deliveries planning & schedules, Daily floor activities, relation and promotion related files, daily fund allocation and its breakup.
• Preparing monthly and weekly employee headcount for the entire company and making monthly billable & not billable Fte report.
Knowledge on MS Access and experience on Capacity planning would be an added on advantage.
