Job Description:
• General Operating Expense Budget roll out
• Assist VP-FP&A and Sr manager FP&A in GOE Budget roll out to all the departments on a quarterly and annual basis, taking into account overall organizational plans on EMI front/any other area.
• Accurate Reporting of GOE performance by Department
• Prepare monthly cost center reports and circulate to all Department Heads by 15th working day of each month
• Expense Management Initiatives
• Work closely with the Sr Manager-FP&A to roll out, track and monitor all EMI initiatives on a PAN India basis across zones and departments.
• Analysis of vendors and expenses
• Analyze the vendor and expense accounts on a monthly basis to report inconsistencies in accounting/any material issues looking at nature of spends/ process followed
• Process Enhancement Projects
• Provide inputs and help in implementation of new projects as and when required.
