Key Deliverables -
1. Originate/Support origination, and Execute equity & debt issuances viz. senior debt / mezz debt / structured finance, debt syndication mandates;
2. Build and nurture long term business relationships on buy side, i.e. with RE funds, HNIs, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies.
3. Develop, build and expand client relationships with Real Estate companies to achieve targeted growth and ensure business continuity and expansion
4. Key Working Relationships :
Internal: Wealth Team of ICICI bank & its Sister concerns
External: Developers, Financial Institutions, RE Funds.
Qualification-CA/MBA. MBA from tiered B schools only
