Desired Profile:

2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Websphere Application Server administrator performing resource configuration, application deployment, debugging and tuning

• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills for Troubleshooting

• Systems Engineering/Administration experience building and configuring application infrastructure in support of enterprise web-based systems

• Working knowledge of IBM Mainframe concepts, tools and technologies

• Functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting

• Report and track defects, work with development and technical support to assist with resolution

• Must be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced demanding environment

• Must be able to prioritize and effectively manage time supporting multiple concurrent efforts

• Work closely with the DBA group to develop and implement database release migration methodology and change management processes supporting DB2

• Data refresh from Prod to QA to include data aging, masking and sanitization
