Application are invited for the post of Medical Technologists/ Physiotherapist/ Social Worker/Pharmacist in West Bengal PSC.
1. Pharmacist : 64(SC-14, ST-4, OBC(A)-6, OBC(B)-5, Meritorious Sports Persons-2, PWD-other posts) Post.
Qualifications : Passed Higher Secondary Examination of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology and a two year Diploma Course in Pharmacy recognized by the Government of West Bengal and registered as ‘A’ category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
Age Limit : 37 years.
Pay Scale : Rs.7100/-Rs.37600/- + Grade Pay Rs.3600/-(Pay Band -3).
2. Social Worker : 20 (SC-5,ST-1,OBC(A)-2,OBC(B)-2,PWD-1) Posts.
Qualifications : B.A. or B.Sc. and Diploma in Social Welfare and Health Education from a Government recognized Institute.
Degree in Social Welfare and Health Education.
Age Limit : 37 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100-Rs.37600/- + Grade Pay Rs.3600/-(Pay Band-3).
Application Fee : Candidates must enclose with their application a fee of Rs.160/- (Rupees one hundred sixty) only by Indian Postal Order and crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, or by a receipted Challan from a Govt. Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head “0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16 other fees”. The Postal Orders should be made payable at G.P.O., Kolkata. Candidates belonging to S.C./ S.T. of West Bengal and persons with disabilities specified under Persons With Disabilities Rules, 1999 are not required to pay any fee. The application of such candidates will not be accepted if the same is not accompanied with the attested copy of S.C./ S.T./ Persons with Disabilities certificate.
