Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) is a high-technology fast growing Mini Ratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence. BDL requires candidates for following disciplines trhough Online submission of applications :
1. Additional General Manager : 01 post
2. Deputy General Manager : 01 post
3. Deputy Manager : 23 posts in various discipline
4. Management Trainee : 17 posts (Finance-14, Personnel & Administration-7)
5. Junior Manager : 17 posts in various disciplines

Selection Procedure: For the post of AGM, DGM, DM is by Interview and for Management Trainee
& Junior Manager is by Written Test & Interview.

The Raksha Mantri (Defence Minister) is the head of the Ministry of Defence.
