Tech Lead/Tech PM
Experience level – minimum of 6-7 years
Minimum of 18 months experience in SFDC
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com & architectural concepts
Strong understanding of OOPS & Data models
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SFDC configuration a MUST
Knowledge of Java, PHP – preferable
Knowledge of any middleware/s – Boomi, Fusion Middleware, Cast Iron, Informatica, Big Machines – advantageous
Should have knowledge of CRM

Should be Dev 401 Certified (Salesforce.com)
501 Advanced Developer Certification on Salesforce.com will be advantageous
Developer/Sr. Developer
