Job Description:
1) Job will involve creation & delivery of monthly, weekly & daily dashboards in line with the requirements of client & operations .
2) Will be responsible for highlighting areas of improvement to Operations along with RCAs .
3) Will responsible for designing MIS for all new clients & processes added & associated data management
4) Will be responsible for managing SLAs & accuracy of reporting of the day to day reports.
5) Will responsible for Digitization of reports (both back-end and front-end) resulting in saving of man-hours of reporting & developing user friendly MIS
