Formulation / Validation of Yearly Top down AOP
Formulation / Validation of long range operating plans ( 5 year and 10 year plans
To provide periodic adhoc analysis of all revenue line items and opex line items…like – new customer acquisition health, segment wise profitability, VAS revenue trends, opex productivity, channel health, etc.
To provide Benchmarking of countries frontline KPIs.
To provide country wise Benchmarking on frontline against all key mobile operators and other telecom service providers
To provide management - Analysis of variance of Actuals vs. AOP / Budget / Forecasted numbers.
Variance analysis and fixing key drivers of change vs AOP/last month MAPA analysis and highlighting the area of concerns.
Monthly Capex review.MAPA Reporting and Presentation (Management Accounting and Performance Analysis)
Includes collation and analysis of functional & non-functional KPIs from respective departments. The objective is to have a consolidated view of the different business parameters, for strategic as well as operational performance review of the business.
TRAI Report:It contains all revenue related financial information, bifurcated into different business segments, with detailed bifurcation of revenue, along with major KPI's.

Role:Business direction sensitization:Playing a role in sensitizing the management about the business direction by doing various analyses on Revenue, Opex & KPIs and benchmarking the relevant KPI's with the competitors.
MAPA Reporting and Presentation (Management Accounting and Performance Analysis):Includes collation and analysis of functional & non-functional KPIs from respective departments. The objective is to have a consolidated view of the different business parameters, for strategic as well as operational performance review of the business.
Preparation of investor pack, press release and quarterly reports.
Must have the knowledge of AOP and Variance Analysis.
