Key Job Responsibilities/ Functional Responsibilities:

• Develop and define standard processes across portfolio of accounts.
• Assist in client planning processes.
• Assist in the development of client-facing materials, including presentations, meeting agendas, and proposals.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of account relationship tools, including relationship map, organizational charts, and the political balance sheet as well as following up on relationship action items with account team members.
• Assist in the pursuit process as needed for your account teams.
• Maintain core and extended account team distribution lists and master calendar.
• Share organizational changes within the client organization with account team members.
• Assist in opportunity management process.
• Build strong internal relationships with all members of the account team.
• Leverage account management framework for best practice ideas to apply to account teams as well as contribute best practice examples to framework."

Desired Profile:

Required skills

• Client service experience and/or industry experience a plus
• Familiarity with offshore model
• Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of client accounts and relevant industry
• Experience in process development and implementation
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management; self-starter
• Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with account teams
• Team-oriented, detail oriented and ability to adapt to changing environment
• Energetic, enthusiastic and organized
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated success performing in a large matrixed organization

Technical skills required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - strong PowerPoint and Excel skills critical
• Working on Secondary Market tools like Factiva, Hoovers etc ."
