Responsible for dealing with relevant customer requests/complaints and their follow-ups.

Handle additional floor activities being given by the supervisor from time to time

Fluency in English, Hindi and any other regional language
Good comm skills
Graduation is must.
Ready to work in shifts.Night shifts only for boys.
Past Experience in an Insurance program would be an added benef
